We celebrated the holiday weekend, honoring the wild flora of the Hudson Valley and the independent spirits who make it great. Guests foraged flowers and herbs growing on Wicked Finch Farm and picked blueberries. The gathered botanicals were then used to make artisanal shrubs (drinking vinegars) and cocktail bitters in a workshop led by Mariana.

Guests also enjoyed retro floral-inspired cocktails from Curious Elixirs, the "No. 7" which included a booze-free Champagne, elderflower and lavender flavors, candied lemon and green tea.

Guests also went home with bouquets from the DIY wildflower bar from BitterSweet Floral. The evening ended with a bang with a crowd-sourced cake picnic and literal fireworks by Adam!
